Since no one else has left a comment, I thought I would leave one regarding a small book I have that may be worth a look. It is entitled Sculptures in Miniature: Chess Sets from the Maryhill Museum of Art. The museum is located in the eastern part of the State of Washington, USA. The book is limited in that it is too small to do anything more than present a small number of sets from the collection. It may be more noteworthy in that is brings to the reader's attention a collection the reader may not otherwise know about. There are presently at least 150 sets in the collection and I hope to make a visit to the museum some day.
